What We Collect

When you create an account: your email address and, if you set one, a display name, bio, avatar, and social links.

When you use the app: which plots you own, prices, listings, photos you upload, and basic activity like view counts.

When you make a purchase: payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card number. We do receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the amount.

How We Use It

To operate your account and show your plots, profile, and purchases
To process payments and deliver plots after a successful purchase
To communicate with you about your account (password resets, purchase confirmations)
To prevent fraud and abuse

We don't sell your personal information.

Who We Share It With

We use a small number of service providers to run D1STRICT:

Supabase - hosts our database and handles account sign-in
Stripe - processes payments; see Stripe's Privacy Policy
Vercel - hosts the website itself

These providers only receive what they need to do their job for us, and can't use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies & Local Storage

D1STRICT uses your browser's local storage to remember things like which page you were last on, so refreshing doesn't take you back to the start. This stays on your device and isn't used to track you across other websites.

Stripe's checkout page may set its own cookies while you're paying, governed by Stripe's own policy linked above.

Other Users Can See

Your display name, bio, avatar, social links, the plots you own, and your estimated portfolio value are visible to other signed-in users, since D1STRICT is a public marketplace.

Your Choices

You can edit or remove your profile info, avatar, and plot photos at any time from your account
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below

Data Retention

We keep account and plot data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period after in case of disputes or legal requirements.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
